Tomplast was born in September 2002 for a specific need of “L’Inglesina Baby SPA”, a company leader in the production of prams and strollers for babies.

Soon after the launch period, the company has quickly increased its activities and turnover to expand, years ago, both in its dimension and in its rolling stock.

Now the company works in two adjacent and connecting plants of 1,000 square meters each and employs a workforce of 30 people.

Tomplast is specialized in injection molding of thermoplastic materials and the consequent assembly of the molded components; it’s certified ISO 9001 since 2005.

 The services Tomplast offers besides the manufacturing specified earlier are the packaging, the tampoprinting, the chromium treatment, the study, the project and the realization of the moulds.

The company is now present in the field of early childhood, gardening, enlightenment, furniture and PET.

Tomplast is provided with some injection machines of different tonnage (from 70 tons to 320 tons) as Negri Bossi, NPM, Sandretto, Haitian.

Every machinery is equipped with robots, granulators for the recycle of the sprues, dehumidifiers/driers for technic material, and thermoregulating units for the moulds and the hot runners.

Moreover, the company has an implant of conditioning for the polyammide after the molding.

The thermoplastic materials mainly transformed are: PA6-66 , PA6+GF, PP , POM , ABS SEBS, PE LD-HD, PS.

All along very careful about the relationships with the Client and the respect of the undertaken, the company can now count on a technic and commercial organic able to guarantee fast executions, competence and quality in all the different stages of production and selling cycle.
