MOULD’S DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
Tomplast’s technical office, working in continuous contact with the Client, is able to realize the mould conform to the indications and needs requested, making the experience, achieved in many years of activity in the field, available. Furthermore we can suggest modifications and improvements to the projects of plastic particulars to get the best product possible in the final phase of mould. We can also use, before the making of the mould, the rapid prototyping to simulate the final result of the product.
INJECTION MOLDING
The injection moulding department uses 16 injection machines linked to a recent implant of dehumidifiers, driers and automatical distribution of the raw material used. Equipped with robots and located in an area of about 1,000 square meters, they have a tonnage that vary from 70 to 250 tons. Different types of raw materials are transformed, from polypropilene to polyammide 6, 6.6 with different types of charge, pom and rubbers with different hardness. There is also an implant of conditioning of polyammide that allow the usage of the moulded component in short time.
ASSEMBLY
The assembly department, of about 1,000 square meters, has assembly lines fitted with several riveting machines and air tightening system. The assembly that takes place in Tomplast has the purpose to give to the Client a finished product in all its parts. Tomplast becomes the only one interlocutor, with optimization of the productive stages in respect of the quality and the costs requested by the Client.
